Participants requiring accommodation will receive their room numbers at the reception. You can leave your luggage at the hotel before the official event starts and check-in to your rooms after the official program ends (after 17:00/18:00)

Two coffee breaks with fresh pastries will be served. There is also a canteen on the first floor if you get hungry
